in my life? What’s the missing piece
Isaiah 26:3 “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.” Shalom, translated in the verse above as “peace”  is a Hebrew word meaning peace, harmony, wholeness, completeness, prosperity, welfare and tranquillity.

All of us love the feeling of being complete. Whether it comes to our jobs, our goals, or our relationships, we all love the feeling of completeness. It makes us feel accomplished, worthy, whole, and valued, like we have all that we need in regards to a particular area.
Forgiveness is not something we our capable of doing in our own strength. We are going to need God’s help if we want to forgive others in our life.
Everyone deserves to be healed, to feel complete, and to feel like they are worthy. Jesus died for all of humanity, and there isn’t one single person who is too unworthy of His unconditional love.
There are a lot of promises for God’s children that we see written about in the Bible.      Who in their right mind wouldn’t want to receive one of these wonderful promises from God?   I have never met a person who doesn’t want to receive something great from God; that usually isn’t the issue. Knowing exactly what to do to receive them is where the bigger problem lies.
The ability to take pain, whether intentional or not, and not let it change who you are, and how you are going to respond, has the ability to revolutionize the world.      That’s what true God kind of love is.
I have yet to meet a single person who doesn’t want at least one area of their life transformed. The real question is how do we practically renew our minds?
It is impossible to achieve something you believe you can’t do. It’s impossible for us to hold contradicting beliefs. You can’t think and believe you’re a terrible person while at the same time think and believe you’re a wonderful person.
Emotions become “negative” to us if they are not dealt with and properly released. Learning how to distinguish emotions versus thoughts is vital in one’s journey towards peace and a sound mind.
